All the information you provide to CS&A is, and will be, truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You agree that you have never sexually abused or otherwise abused a minor or behaved in a way toward or around a minor that a reasonable person would consider unsafe or inappropriate.
You will conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, and truthful manner at all times during your job search.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights And Privacy Act, you give consent to CS&A to submit to any prospective employer all papers and documents pertinent to your qualifications for employment, including but not limited to, copies of resumes, transcripts, letters of recommendations, and any other document you provide to CS&A, none of which will be returned to you once submitted by you to CS&A.
CS&A may contact your current/previous employers, references, and others to obtain information about you, your work history, and your educational background.
In the event that CS&A finds out information about your background that CS&A determines, in its discretion, indicates that it would be unsafe or not appropriate for you to work with children, CS&A will proactively share that information with any school to which it has referred your information or otherwise discussed your candidacy.
Hiring and other employment decisions are made by and between you and the school—CS&A is not involved in such decisions.
Potential employers to which CS&A sends your information may, as a condition of your candidacy for employment, require that you submit to a background check (including criminal history information, drug/alcohol testing, and other pre-employment testing and screening.
CS&A does not guarantee that it will submit your file to any schools (or any particular school) or that you submitting your information to CS&A will result in employment opportunities for you.
